All items are final sale since every piece is handmade and no two will ever be exactly the same. We always do our best to ensure quality—anything that doesn’t pass our standards never makes it to the shop (straight into the trash bin 🗑️).

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping (for example, a keychain breaking apart or being crushed), please contact us with photos. We’ll review the case and may offer a replacement.

What are perler beads and how are your products made?

Perler beads are small, colorful plastic beads that can be arranged on a pegboard to form pixel-like designs. Once the design is ready, heat is applied to gently fuse the beads together. Each piece is then finished by hand—adding pins, keychains, or extra charms—so no two items are ever exactly the same.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes! We accept various kind of commissions. Please contact us through contact form or DM on Instagram for details on sizing, bead color limits, and how to request.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We currently offer three shipping options:

  • Untracked Letter Mail — best for smaller orders of 4 items or fewer. Most of our products are around 10g each, so up to ~50g can fit safely in a bubble mailer.
  • Tracked Mail — required for larger orders of 5+ items, which are packed in a sturdy box mailer for better protection.
  • Local Delivery (Calgary) — available for most regions in Calgary. Please leave us clear instructions (e.g., buzzer code or safe drop-off spot) so we can deliver your order securely.

All orders ship from Calgary, Alberta, Canada via Canada Post (or by local delivery where applicable), with rates calculated at checkout based on weight. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before your order is shipped or delivered.

How long will delivery take?

These are estimates once your order has shipped (times may vary depending on postal delays or your location):

  • Canada: Untracked 5–12 business days | Tracked 2–7 business days

How can I get free shipping?

We offer free tracked shipping when your order reaches a certain amount:

  • Canada: Free tracked shipping on orders over $50 CAD
